VIP hospitality for the Rolling Stones concerts in the British Music Experience (BME) and the disused nightclub, Proud2, required nothing but the highest quality and attention to detail. This event is an excellent example of how we work with clients to deliver high impact events with premium quality food within unconventional, challenging spaces.
As a disused venue, Proud2 was previously a nightclub and we had to adapt and re-think our catering strategy to serve a hot three course Smart by Angela Hartnett menu across 3 different floors within 4 different rooms, all within a 90 minute timeframe.
All of the food was prepared and cooked in a temporary production kitchen outside of Proud2 and delivered to 4 separate satellite kitchens where dishes were assembled, garnished and sent on their way with our highly trained team of quick footed food service staff.
Combined with stunning venue theming and production, the event was a show-stopper and gave guests a taste of the excitement they were about the experience watching the Rolling Stone’ live performance.
