Canapés

Tender chicken Creole skewers

Warm spicy crab doughnuts filled with a delicate mango and coriander mousse

King prawn acras served with a hot pepper sauce

Delicious lamb empanadas filled with herbs and spices and wrapped in pastry 

Cassava chips topped with sweet coconut salsa (v)

Deep-fried okra rolled in polenta and served with sweet chilli dipping sauce (v)



Starter

Scottish salmon cured in brown sugar and citrus, complemented with dill crème fraiche, heritage beetroot salad and topped with toasted grains

Roast Italian plum tomato tart served with a pear and walnut salad and honey and lime dressing (v)


Main

Butter-poached breast of Cornish chicken served with crunchy herb rosti potato, parsnip cream, sage-roasted squash, Savoy cabbage and rich Burgundy red wine sauce

Twice baked cauliflower cheese soufflé served with a parsnip cream, sage-roasted squash and Savoy cabbage (v)


Dessert

Dark chocolate ganache served with a sensational salted caramel sauce and delicate mini meringues, complemented by sweet toffee ice cream

Coffee and Tea

Fair-trade coffee and tea selection with homemade truffles. Served aftter dinner from stations around the room. 

Cheese and biscuits

A selection of english cheeses with artisan biscuits and homemade ale chutney. Available for an additional £45 per table.
