With Wimbledon nearly upon us, it must be time to crack open the Pimm's? Let's be honest you've probably already had a fair few, but we thought we would look at ways to enjoy this English favourite with a twist...

These punchy cupcakes make a delicious accompainment to a lazy afternoon watching Wimbledon.
PIMM'S CUPS JELLY SHOTS
These are a thing of beauty but don't be fooled by their looks, they pack a heafty punch. Cucumber, strawberries, orange and mint are mixed together with Pimm's to make the base and a tart lemon syrup and ginger ale are mixed in along with the gelatin to mimic the tartness of the classic cocktail. Served with slivers of strawberries and individual mint leaves.
PIMM'S O'CLOCK ICE LOLLIES
Put a few mint leaves, some thinly-sliced strawberry pieces and a splash of orange zest into lolly moulds. Mix up a jug of Pimm’s and lemonade (no ice) in your preferred ratio, pour over the fruit and mint and freeze for a couple of hours until solid. Perfect for a hot summer days!
Refreshing cucumber and mint, summer sweetness of strawberry, uplifting orange and lemon and the all important fruity alcoholic punch of Pimms, blend altogether and freeze...voila!
PIMM'S SWISS ROLL
Why not elevate your standard sponge roll and fill it with lashing of Pimm's buttercream and strawberries, perfect for a summer afternoon tea.
