HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR EGGS? (NOT JUST IN THE MORNING)

Got some leftover eggs and wondering what to do with them, or always making the same dishes with your eggs and looking to branch out? We’ve collated some of our favourite recipes to give you some inspiration for all times of day… Bon appétit!

1. Poached Eggs Benedict

As we’re reaching the end of National Breakfast Week, it makes sense to kick off the list with a Breakfast recipe. Recreate a classic Eggs Benedict by adding some homemade hollandaise sauce.

2. Real Spanish Omelette

Using just 5 ingredients, make an omelette the Catalonian way!

3. Carbonara Potatoes

A nice, simple recipe that tops creamy potatoes with pancetta and lightly baked eggs.

4. Mushroom Paella with Kale and Eggs

Make the stock for this ahead to save yourself time!

5. Spinach Baked Eggs with Parmesan and Tomato Toasts

Perfect as a tasty brunch or simple starter, partner baked eggs with a delicious combo of flavours.

6. Falafel Scotch Eggs

Perfect for picnics, these are a great twist on the traditional Scotch egg.

7. Breakfast Burrito

Wrap your eggs in a healthy tortilla with chorizo, avocado and pico de gallo, and add a little light indulgence with some Cheddar cheese!

8. Harissa Baked Eggs with Feta, Mint and Black Olives

Combine harissa with eggs, add some creamy feta and complement it with mint and olives, and you’ve got yourself a winning dish.

9. Soft Scrambled Eggs with Tomato Bruschetta

Pair cheesy scrambled eggs with tasty tomato and basil bruschetta to create an Italian-inspired breakfast.

10. Veggie Egg-Fried Rice

This quick recipe is perfect for veggies, and healthy!

11. Aioli

This simple but flavoursome recipe has a nice garlic kick!

12. Salad Lyonnaise

This is a traditional warm bacon and egg salad is simple but perfect for a summer starter.
