Smart Hospitality have been working with Angela Hartnett on a totally bespoke catering offer at the exclusive Wimbledon Golf Club facility for up to 150 guests per day for six years and together we bring her fantastic menu of delicious food to the world’s favourite tennis event. We have looked at the day as a whole and created a fresh and totally appropriate lunch offer for guests who arrive excited by the prospect of a great afternoon of tennis. They are welcomed by smart flair barmen making them any drink they want, accompanied by delicious canapés.

In 2016 we served a series of Angela’s exclusive menus, featuring dishes such as Buffalo mozzarella with San Manzano tomatoes, olive and basil, followed by Suffolk chicken with a bean salad and mint and lemon vinaigrette and ending with an apricot and almond tart with mascarpone cream.

This three course dinner was followed with a selection of cheeses, accompanied by homemade chutneys, wheat crackers and grapes.

Afternoon tea was then served, with free flowing Champagne, scones, sandwiches, a selection of cakes and the must have strawberries and cream.

The experience was one of an exclusive, flexible and wholly memorable day's entertainment – designed to be harmonious with the main reason they are there – the tennis!
