THE ROLE

Our delicious, seasonal Canapés are lovingly produced by our team of talented chefs. Using the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients, we relish creating exquisite canapés, that not only look amazing, but taste amazing too. Our menus are bound to delight, leaving guests talking about them long after the event.

Whether they take centre stage at receptions or precede sumptuous dinners in prestigious, iconic venues across London and beyond, our canapés weave together vibrant flavours and colours with precision and intricacy in one bite. Working across the likes of London’s most iconic and prestigious venues, our own flagship Evolution London, not to mention some of the country’s most notable sporting and cultural events.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is highly organised and creative in equal measures. Someone who can think outside the box and demonstrate flair and creativity with the desire to delight our guests.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in delivering large scale and more intimate high-end events
  • Extensive knowledge of food seasonality and current trends
  • Confident in delivering bespoke menus according to clients’ brief
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build very good rapport with suppliers, colleagues and clients
  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Personable disposition
  • Collaborative

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Work closely with Group Executive Chef, sales and planning teams to ensure the food offer always exceeds clients expectations
  • Ensuring consistency in the planning and execution of all events
  • Develop new dishes, produce specs and recipes costings
  • Taking primary responsibility for managing all Health & Safety aspects of the kitchen both at base and on site
