Approaching the venue the stage is set by a spectacular scene: huge monkey lions sit outside illuminated by fire pits and sconces and look through the towering drapes that conceal the hottest venue in town. As your guests enter they will stand in awe at the spectacular and ancient sandstone atrium that soars above them, where ancient Egypt and Sudan meet the hanging gardens of Babylon – a wonder straight out of the ancient world! Here giant pharaohs, hieroglyphics on sandstone, vines and trailing plants, provide additional drama in a soaring space and discover in the centre, an oasis, complete with fountain, palm trees and banquette loungers. Drapes in jewel tones of lapis, indigo, turquoise, malachite, ochre and carmine provide a decadent opulence.
Above, on the mezzanine, guests are transported straight to Marrakech where hanging lamps, low chaise lounges, footstools and cushions, hookah, and sumptuous wall hangings and drapes, evoke the sights and sounds of a Moroccan Riad. Order a spiced cocktail, a glass of fizz or iced beer from our aged, wooden lattice bar decorated in gold leaf amongst the shadows thrown from hundreds of lanterns, and enjoy the sights and sounds of our souk, full of street vendors and their brightly-coloured merchandise.
Next, enter our stunning main bar that takes its inspiration from the temples of Japan: adorned with cherry blossom, lanterns and origami cranes and where dancers, acrobats and performers delight the crowds. At the giant igloo bar, our talented bartenders pour the crowds champagne, cocktails, icy beers, wines and spirits, all illuminated by the Northern Lights.
Dinner is called and guests are welcomed into the main dining room – and marvel at a riot of colourful hot air balloons in a myriad of colours, shapes and sizes as they float alongside bi-planes. Decorative parasols in vivid colours are suspended as if blown in the wind, hover above the tables. Beautiful table decorations and settings welcome diners to their places as they sit down to a pan-global feast. Between courses, breath-taking acts; Chinese Dragons, Cirque performers and whirling dervishes will entertain the guests as they sit in their own private oasis of light cast from shimmering candles. As the party hots up, the DJ starts his set, and the dancefloor fills as he heralds in the most spectacular Christmas party in town, play on the bumper cars or gamble in the fun casino in the souk.

Our guests love getting dressed up and it really adds to that extra special feeling to the night, so get those glad rags out and smarten up! Absolutely no jeans, trainers or sportswear will be allowed but black tie is more than welcome.
You can provisionally book tickets for 10 days during which a deposit of £15 pp is required to confirm the booking. If we haven’t received the deposit within 10 days, your tickets will be released. The remaining balance needs to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the event.
There is no minimum booking.
You can add people onto your booking up to two days before your Christmas party, provided that we have space available on the evening. You can do so by logging in to your Smart Account or giving us a call on 020 7836 1033.
Deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing to the Head Office. Any refunds due are based on the date of cancellation. We regret no refunds are due if you cancel less than 14 days before your event date. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information on our cancellation policy.

Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for them. We operate a strict policy regarding underage drinking, which is not permitted under any circumstance.

Sadly not. While we aim to cater for different dietary requirements, we’re afraid due to the number of guests we host each night, we cannot offer more options than those shown on the menu page.
No problem! We aim to cater for all allergies so simply let us know the specifics a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your party date and we’ll get in touch to discuss.
Yes. The drinks options we have listed within this brochure provide a hassle-free option for ordering drinks and we highly recommend pre-orders are made prior to the event in order to ensure your evening runs smoothly. Some packages are unavailable to purchase on the night and all pre-orders must be made four weeks prior to the event. We do have a bar on the evening that accepts cash, credit and debit card, plus it is possible to set up a tab on the night.
Our tables seat between 8-12 people. Larger groups are accommodated over more than one table, and we have a limited number of tables to seat groups of 14 which are allocated on request.
Your tickets will be sent out around 2 weeks before your event, assuming we have received your final balance payment.
We have ample, free car parking adjacent to the venue.
Please be aware that some of our parties do use strobe lighting and special effects that could potentially be harmful to those with photosensitive epilepsy. Please get in touch if you require more information.
