The challenge was to celebrate and showcase newly refurbished country venues within the De Vere portfolio, incorporating a ‘bringing the outdoors in’ theme to focus on the beauty of the gardens surrounding the new properties.
Our creative events team brought the theme to life, taking guests far from the city of London. We seamlessly planned and delivered immersive theming, bespoke food and beverage design, and stunning entertainment and production.
We began with sourcing the stunning Grand Connaught Rooms, which we transformed with woodland dressing including forest plants, rose bushes and moss urns. Entertainment encompassed a headdress making station, a bird cage acrobat, stilt walkers, live bands, liquid nitrogen ice cream, logo-pops and much, much more. We worked with the venue to provide a bespoke food and beverage offering, including an intriguing edible allotment grazing station featuring an array of tempting flavours, from traditional fresh herbs through to new and unique flavours such as coca-cola. Guests interacted with chefs, used their senses to smell the flavours, and took away mini plant pots filled with fresh tomatoes and strawberries.
