The client asked us to produce a 2-week exhibition to celebrate the centenary of the 1918 suffrage. The challenge was finding an exhibition venue in a central London location that would allow high footfall while being within the client's budget. The client also required support on the full production and running of the event, which ranged from onsite management and logistics to catering.
Smart Live sourced Noho Studios, a versatile, blank canvas event space just off Oxford Street. The space was transformed into an extraordinary exhibition which showcased an exploration of 100 years of marketing to women. The event featured a screening room, as well as props and prints from exemplary brands, all sourced by Smart Live.
Over 2,000 visitors came to the 25 events held at the venue for the exhibition. Memorable workshops and evening events allowed partners to share their knowledge and communicate with guests. Each workshop and event included catering, tailored production packages and layouts which we organised and managed onsite.
The 2 weeks were a fantastic chance for the client to connect their network to brands that successfully connect with women and provide thought leadership to the industry. The event also received national acclaim and has been featured on Sky News and Campaign Magazine.
