From Tuesday 20th June through to Saturday 24th June, Smart Sport held the key to some of the best Royal Ascot experiences. The Royal Ascot Village Enclosure was once again called home, with Smart working within the Village Restaurant and The Villiers Club. Despite being situated in the same enclosure, these packages offered two distinct hospitality experiences for guests.
The more lavish of the two experiences, the Village Restaurant experience offered ticket holders uncompromised views of the dramatic final furlongs in the Gold Cup and other races throughout the thrilling five days.
Complimentary beer, wine, selected spirits and soft drinks were all provided throughout the day, allowing guests to truly savour each breathtaking race. To add to this, ticket holders were treated to a delicious four course luncheon - the starter and main at the table, followed by buffet-style desserts and cheese. A marvellous Mad Hatter inspired Tea Party then ensured everyone enjoyed the afternoon’s magical occasion.
With a Pimm’s No.1 reception and race card covered, this proved to be the perfect option for guests who wanted to sit back and unwind to the exhilarating action before them.
Situated in the middle of the track with the Grandstand acting as an imposing backdrop to the raceday action, the Villiers Club cemented itself as Royal Ascot’s prime social spot as it returned for a successful second year. The package differed to the Village Restaurant with its spacious and relaxed club-style environment ideal for socialising.
A plentiful tapas-style lunch menu and Afternoon Tea were included, with the vibrant atmosphere continuing after the last race as live music played until 9pm and a complimentary bottomless barbeque proved a winner to feasting guests.
