We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to support our Warehouse and Operations team in ensuring the smooth running of our logistics and back-of-house functions. As Cellar Manager at Moving Venue, London’s original caterer, you will play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing beverage operation, ensuring exceptional standards across all cellar management activities.

Moving Venue: Kitchen Logistics and BOH Manager

The Kitchen Logistics and BOH Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all back-of-house operations, including opening the building, completing necessary checks, taking ownership of incoming deliveries, and managing the Kitchen BOH team.

This is an exciting role at Moving Venue, the Event Sales Executive is to support the Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved and that events are produced effectively and in line with clients’ expectation.

60 Great Queen Street: Head Chef, Lodge Dining

The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and successful delivery of all Lodge Dining at 60 Great Queen Street events, ensuring food production and onsite operations run smoothly and to the highest standards

Moving Venue: Senior Pastry Sous Chef

The Senior Pastry Sous Chef plays a key role in the successful planning, production, and delivery of high-quality pastry for Smart Group’s events.

Moving Venue: Pastry Chef De Partie

Support the Group Executive Pastry Chef and Head Pastry Chef in setting and maintaining the standards for the kitchen brigade, including casuals and agency staff.
